Main Responsibility:主要工作职责
1. Set production objectives and make budget plan align with the established business objectives and corporate policies
基于公司的经营策略和经营目标，制定生产计划，完成生产任务。
2. Ensure production volume, cost and quality of production, and production schedules are met
制定生产日程计划表，确保产品产量、质量和成本控制，生产出优质产品。
3. Ensure maximum efficiency and productivity of production facility
确保发挥出生产设备的最大效率和产能。
4. Maintain plans to support company growth including recruiting staff, equipment and facilities to guarantee manufacturing requirements and company objectives
根据公司的发展制定维持计划，包含员工招聘、装备、设备采购计划，以确保公司经营目标的实现。
5. Continually improve on training program for production team on necessary working skill, product & Safety knowledge, company regulations and etc.
通过培训项目持续提高制造团队所需要掌握的工作技能、生产和安全知识、公司员工行为规范等。
6. Coordinate the plant operations, communicate objectives, identify measurements and take necessary actions to assure performance goals are met.
协调工厂的生产设备，加强沟通，正确权衡，采取必要措施来确保生产目标的实现。
7. Review safety and environment regularly to assure compliance to standards and general safety of work place
对照公司的安全和环境管理条例，确保公司生产车间的日常安全生产规范没有被违背。
8. Furnish production Report, make data analysis and new projects indicates and managements
提供生产报告,做数据分析和新项目指标管理。
9. Develop customer awareness and safety awareness to pass the enterna & internal audit
提高客户意识和员工的安全意识，以通过公司内外部审计。
Qualifications任职资格
1. Bachelor degree or above major in Engeneering &industry management.
工程或工业管理专业，大学本科及以上学历。
2. At least 3 years operation management experience, preferred in Machinery Manufacturing processing.
至少在机械制造行业三年经营管理经验。
3. Leadership and team spirit , Good interpersonal skill
有领导能力和团队合作精神, 具有建立良好人际关系的能力。
4. Ability of well communication, innovation , flexibility and analysis.
具有良好的交际、创新、办事灵活和分析问题的能力。
5. Excellent bi-lingual (Chinese & English) written and verbal communication skills required
优秀的英语书写及口语能力。
6. Be familiar with principle and practice on broad project management
熟悉项目管理的理念与方法。
