职位描述：
Reporting to: Quality Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve suppliers’ quality and manufacturing process and system.
- Lead supplier improvement projects SIP with Lean & Six Sigma methodologies.
- Conduct supplier selection, qualification audit and regular process audit.
- Manage and improve supplier capacity.
- Lead and drive regular quality review meeting with strategic suppliers.
- Support local realization for regional NPD projects and ECR related activities.
- Liaise with regional internal customers on supplier quality related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with China Lab and regional customers to ensure suppliers comply with testing requirement and regulation.
- Implement and maintain quality and operation related documentation at suppliers, i.e., PFMEA, QCP, SOP and inspection checklist.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from recognized university, favorably major in Mechanical, Material and Industrial.
- Min. 8 years working experience in quality and process engineering.
- Preferably certified GB or BB.
- Must have working experience and in depth knowledge in injection molding.
- Well verse in both written and oral English. Able to communicate with regional colleagues and stakeholders.
- Positive and proactive can-do attitude. Willing to hands-on.
