职位描述：
1、全面负责中心市场工作，开展计划的制定并实施；
2、负责培养市场团队以完成中心各阶段业绩任务，做好中心、外围市场、竞争对手相关数据进行汇总和分析；完成月度总结及数据分析工作；
3、全面负责市场部的各项管理工作及组织召开部门会议；
4、处理与市场部相关的客户投诉；
5、搜集行业信息，进行市场调研，掌握客户心理和行为，为公司市场活动提供决策依据。
 
任职要求：
1、拥有同行业相关职位一年以上经验，善于与人沟通，拥有***资源，清楚如何招聘管理***，知道如何与商家洽谈合作，有策划经验者优先。
2、具有独立的工作能力、良好的人际交往能力与团队合作精神； 积极主动、性格开朗、讲求效率、乐于接受挑战。
3、熟练掌握调研方法与分析工具； 熟练掌握市场研究项目的设计、管理、研究和客户服务。
