岗位职责：
1、 负责公司的来人接待、来访引导，保证办公区环境的和谐；
2、 负责公司来电接听，转接电话应准确及时、声音清晰，接听电话使用礼貌用语，并按规定记录完整来电内容，做认真准确无误；
3、 负责管理公司业务档案，保证档案的安全、准确、有序，并做好资料、档案的入档、记录、分类、保存等各项工作。同时对档案的借阅、催还、整理、修补、合订装帧和存库进行严格控制与管理。
4、 负责公司办公用的采购和管理，遵守公司采购审批流程，按质按量完成办公用品采购、资料印刷等相关的各项工作。严格控制行政成本。采购时以公司利益为重，
5、负责公司办公设备的使用、维护，保证设备的正常运行，保证各部门业务工作的需要。
6、维护公司办公区域卫生整洁、环境保护、绿植养护等，及公司各类陈列品的保管，营造整齐、优美、适怡的办公环境；
7、负责公司员工考勤管理，保证工作秩序的有效和规范。
8、协助人力部门做好招聘通知
9、完成公司交办的其它任务。
任职要求：
1、 20-25岁，专科及以上学历，文秘等相关专业；
2、 一年以上相关工作经验，性格开朗外向，头脑灵活；
3、 做事稳重、善于与人沟通；
4、 有良好的个人素养，勤奋努力，不计较个人得失；
5、 有良好的语言和文字表达能力， 熟练使用办公软件及办公设备；
6、 普通话标准，形象气质较好；
7、 户籍不限，
