职位描述

Purpose of Position
Fulfill daily work with customer.
Intensify the customer and supply chain communication and intelligence collection network, including customer buyers, technical, planning, finance, sales, warehouse, canner and local OEMs.
Follow up key projects under development, support onsite testing and basically technical communication.
Develop potential customers in Guangxi area.
Major Responsibility
Assist account manager to communicate externally and internally to arrange monthly production plan to satisfy customer delivery schedule based on schedule of customer delivering raw materials.
Make monthly forecast and reports.
Build up relationship with customer buyers, technical, planning, finance, sales, warehouse, canner and local OEMs to collect intelligence by understanding competitor situation and help to sell as much product as possible.
Quickly response to customer complaints.
AR collection and invoice in time.
Assist account manager and technical engineers on project management, samples plan.
Assist technical engineers on certain communication regarding testing.
Develop potential customers for diesel engine business in Guangxi area.

Performance Evaluation Criteria
Sales quantity.
No complaints from customer.
Clear about competitors’ delivery and canners stock on monthly base.
Customer satisfaction.
Monthly report about information of key customers and its supply chain.
Finish assigned task from direct superior and higher levels.

Relationships
Internal Contacts - Frequent contact with Application Engineer, Customer Service, , Account Manager in the company and in division; some contact with GM, Plant Manager, Production Manager, Quality Manager, Finance Manager and Technical Manager.
External Contacts – OEMs, substrate suppliers, Canners.

Education & Experience
Bachelor Degree college degree, major in Engineering is preferred.
1 years sales experience with track record (multi-national company with auto industry experience preferred).
Required Competency (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities)
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Master in knowing culture of Guangxi area.
Results Orientation.
Team Player.
Good in written English.
