职位描述：
Key Accountabilities:
1. Equipment management, establish and update the daily preventative maintenance planning, monitor and check the preventative planning item achievement.
2. Establish the preventative maintenance planning according the equipment operation manual, the introduction, and the operation status, training and direct, follow up, and check the mechanical maintenance people to maintain work.
3. Improve and rebuild the old equipment, join the new equipment selection, monitor the new equipment installation.
4. Control the mechanical spare parts quality, the inventory, reduce the spare parts inventory cost.
5. Direct and training the mechanical maintenance people according the equipment running status.
6. Achievement the KPI under the maintenance department.
7. Other jobs assigned by the maintenance manager.
8. Full support engineering & project .
Skills:
1. Understand the hydraulic pressure and heating system.
2. Good knowledge of the metal material, understand the familiar material performance and heat treatment technical.
3. Skill on AutoCAD software to make the drawings.
4. Have a good command of English both in oral and writte.
5. Good computer skills, e.g. network technology, MS Office, etc
Experiences:
1. Majored in mechanical equipment, mechanical design, Bachelor degree or above.
2. 5 years related work experience, at least 3 years work experience in the chemical production line and experiences on equipment management and the preventative maintenance. 举报 分享
