Purpose of the Job
The main job function is to be responsible for the coordination of the daily service activity coordination and managing all the technical documentations and provide support to drive QHSE activities. Assist the service team in achieving service KPI and improving service performance of Aggreko China service team.
Job Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities
? Work closely with Service Manager & Team Leader to monitor service activity levels and service performance.
? Manage and maintain service order process in M3
? Consolidate and manage over time sheet
? Manage and maintain technical library – service manuals, datasheets and relevant documentations etc.
? Support in driving QHSE activities and initiatives.
? Responsible for the recording and maintenance of the ops action list after weekly meetings
? Help service team leader to track project/ongoing job update
? Monitor and track technician activity levels.
? Update our ERP system after fleet verification.
? Support service process adherence
? Follow up service purchase request
? Help maintain service vehicle & deal with site vehicle rental requirement
? Organise all service team travel and accommodation
? Coordinate with ATS for any IT issues
? Manager and monitor A&B service scheduling.
? All other tasks as required.
Person Specification/Job Requirements
? Both English and Chinese essential.
? Computer knowledge is essential.
? Good communication skill
