职位描述：
Tasks and responsibilities:
1.SAP data management: Responsible for material master data (BOM, routing)
2.Controlling support: Supply supporting data to the Plant controller for production cost calculation estimates.
3.Procurement: Responsible and backup for material management (requirement planning, purchase order processing)
4.Inventory levels:Responsible for TP1 (plant responsibility) stock levels (budgeting and actual) in cooperation with the production. Responsible for Inventory management (inventory differences, yearend stock taking and monthly cycle counting execution)
5.Business reporting: SCM reporting ( support colleagues by providing timely reports as and when required )
6.Order fulfillment:Responsibility of the business process (order fulfillment)
7.Leadership tasks: realization of the annual appraisal interviews, succession planning, development of all directly reporting team members
8.Management-responsibility: Mature personality in order to lead a small team of experts , promoting team working within the department and cooperation with other functions. Good interpersonal skills ( verbal , conflict resolution etc. )

Requirement profile of the position:
1. 4- 7 years working experience in logistics, material management and production planning.
2.At least 3 years as a team leader or manager.
3.Good understanding of the basic business processes of an enterprise
4. Bachelors degree in management or associated studies
5.A good understanding of material procurement and finished goods logistics management of a business.
6. Basic Knowledge of heavy industry
7.Good working knowledge of MS Office , including Outlook , MS word and MSXL., and can apply them effectively in a business situation relevant to the functional role
8.Can communicate effectively in English as a business language for reading, writing and verbal exchanges
