Position: Assistant to General Manager 总经理助理
Objectives:
Giolong International Inc. is looking for an Assistant General Manager in its office in Shanghai. The role of this position is to assist the GM to manage the procurement department and support on HR on administration tasks.
Candidate profile and responsibilities:
A professional in customer services oriented towards business satisfaction;
A strong and smart negotiator to negotiate with Chinese factories;
A strong and constant communicator to keep touch with Giolong high management and Canadian client to understand their requirements and expectations and communicate the status of multiple projects;
A professional staff manager and motivator to manage a team, also recommend to the management the HR and Admin needs;
A professional that works under pressure;
A professional that works with monthly targets that will make the proper suggestions to reach that target.
Requirements:
Excellent oral and written English;
At least 6 to 8 years related working experiences in the procurement business and team management;
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point);
Good leadership;
Good coordinator;
Customer services and business oriented;
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills;
Familiar with ERP or even with ERP launching experiences is an advantage.
