Responsibility
* Responsible for new product or relocation projects development manufacturing process scheme, and process improvement in term of product quality, productivity and product cost.
* Support new product introduction, monitor production lines in manufacturing supplier site.
* Collaborate with process engineering and supplier process engineering to come out improvement plans.
* Introduce new technology and manufacturing method requirement to support new product as required.
* Co-operate with other functional team to investigate and resolve product quality and material issues.
* With advanced manufacturing engineering skills develop innovative solutions, quickly troubleshoot and correct operational problems.
* Collaborate closely with product design term and keep making continuous improvement on product concept design phase.
* Actively participate to the DFM to ensure product easy for manufacturing. Ensure all critical product design issues are identified and resolved.
* Seek opportunities for continuous improvement through the new technology and new application of manufacturing.
* Stay on the top of manufacturing technology and processes in the industry to meet the needs of company's fast growth.
* Develop process automation, machine vision, robotics, and integrated work cells and controls in a qualified mass production setting.
* Work with supplier design and test of new automation based process equipment for add value mechanical and electrical component assembly.
* other assignment by management team.

Requirements:
* 5+ years experiences in electronics manufacturing industry, or relevant
* Hands-on knowledge and skills on process development including fixture, PLC Programming or VB, Electro Hydraulic/Pneumatic Control Systems, automotive equipment design
* Prefer the candidate from high volume consumer industry
* Familiar with PCBA process and mechanical assembly for small unit.
* Injection or molding experience is a plus
* Lean manufacturing expert is desirable
* Detailed understanding of Design for Manufacture (DFM) principles and methodology
* Good leadership and reporting skills; ability to communicate well at all levels internally and externally

The ideal candidate will be bilingual, with native Putonghua ("Mandarin" Chinese) language skills and the ability to communicate well in spoken and written English.

Candidates must be willing and able to travel throughout China to support project activities at supplier sites. The ability to travel to the United States, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other foreign countries is a plus.
