Responsibilities:
1, Provide machine after-sales service such as trouble shooting, machine periodic maintenance indication and other technical support items;
2, Try to get annual service contract from customers;
3, Frequently visit customers for working-site service to solve the machine problem
4, Support some items from customer request such as spare parts and EMP

Qualification:
1, College education above, major in Mechanical Engineering, or Electric Automatization Engineering or relevant.
2, At least 3-5 years working experience of relevant industrial field such as working site machine service or machine technical support etc.
3, machine trouble shooting ability on working site, strong hand-on skills, learn the new machines from reading the drawings and machine manuals
4, Office software, basic AutoCAD
5, English CET4, ability of reading and writting
6, Strong communication skill is requested, Open and good team work, Cost saving staff
