本公司因项目发展需要，诚聘工厂厂长和 亚太营运总监：

1.本科学历及以上。

2.至少10年汽车行业或电子、半导体行业营运管理工作经验。

3.英语流利。

Main Responsibilities:

？ Provide overall operations leadership to manufacturing sides, quality and advanced manufacturing engineering to ensure coordination of actions; to achieve execution of operation metrics.

？ Direct plant operations that include production, inventory control and manufacturing engineering.

？ Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded in new product launch, customer quality metrics and timely delivery if product at the desired quantities.

？ Develop short- and longer-term plans that guide the allocation of assigned resources toward the fulfillment of predetermined goals. Establish the controls necessary for attainment of objectives, providing advanced warning when operating conditions could adversely impact desired results.

？ Direct production scheduling to ensure material and manufacturing resources are available to meet customer needs, develop master schedules and production reports and resolve production and customer delivery problems.

？ Formulate and implement manufacturing and quality policies, procedures and practices that establish standards and plans; forecast manufacturing processes required to achieve consistent production and efficient operations.

？ Provides the overall product quality leadership and strategic plan for the business. Creates and fosters a culture and an environment that results in the highest level of commitment to continuous improvement in prices, quality and delivery.

？ Maintain contacts within the general management, engineering, sales and marketing, and financial and administrative functions that achieve integrated management actions and promotes a spirit of company teamwork and cooperative effort.

？ Manage the manufacturing and quality function decision-making process to assure proper safeguards and contribute to the efficiency of overall company operations in the form of financial gain, operational efficiency and technology excellence.

？ Organize activities into administrative groups to achieve desired levels of productivity, cost, quality and quantity standards established for the unit. Conduct Monthly Plant Operating System (POS) reviews to insure desired goals are achieved.

General Profile:

？ Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.

？ At least 10 Years work experience in manufacturing/production management and quality.

？ Fluent English.
