Position : MBA Summer Intern 2015 – Strategic Planning

Department/Brand : Finance

Reporting to : Associate Director, Corporate Strategic Planning & PMT Initiatives

Location : Shanghai

Principle Objectives:

Work on a selective number of ELC corporate strategic initiatives, including standardize performance review structure, analyse market and competition dynamics, and design PMT initiatives review processes.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Work with Agency – Avarto to improve current monthly report to make it more in-depth for diving on consumer insight and business analysis.

2. Take initiative to collect competitors CRM program and analyse the key learnings for Bobbi Brown

3. Review Bobbi current CRM program, identify the key implementation issues and new biz opportunities.

4. Work out an initial CRM plan to help drive Bobbi biz and implement the execution if time allows.

Qualifications:

§ Education: 1st year MBA student

§ Work Experience:

o 3-5 year working experience in consulting business or market research or business planning and analysis

o Have experience working with multiple stakeholders

o Consumer good industry experience is preferred

§ Skills:

o Strong analytical capability with business mind-set

o Collaboration with multiple team in the organization

o Excel and PPT skills

§ Personality:

o Self-motivated

o Comfortable to work with ambiguities

o Positive attitude
