主要职责：

1. 处理安装部的办公室工作。

2. 协助销售部的办公室工作。

3. 给销售工程师提供CAD作图。

4. 安装部门文件的管理。

5. 处理用户的售后服务报修及服务安排。

6. 处理用户产品与服务方面的有关咨询。

7. 售后服务报价与售后服务合同的执行及跟踪。

资格要求：

1. 大专以上文凭，年龄在22至30岁之间。

2. 英语听说读写熟练。

3. 计算机熟练。

4. 能够CAD制图。

5. 有做效果图的基础能力。

Position: Installation Support (Chongqing)

Location: Chongqing

Job Description:

1. Deal with the office work of the installation department.

2. Assist sales department with office works.

3. Support sales engineers with CAD drawing.

4. Manage the documents of the installation department.

5. Deal with the daily after-sales services.

6. Give customers advice about Hoermann`s products and services and recommend the suitable ones.

7. Prepare the quotation, conclude the service contract and follow up the implementation.

Qualifications:

1. College degree or above.

2. Able to make CAD drawings.

3. Have the basic ability of making the impression drawing.

4. Good computer skills.

5. Fluent in written and spoken English.

6. Age: from 22 to 30.
