General explanation of the job
Coordinate all the activities from orders to deliveries, making sure all the areas of the company are working in the same direction and optimizing all the activities
The aim is to offer the requited service to our customers and optimize the internal resources, removing all the internal obstacles and defining all the parts involved in the process
Description:
Receive the new sales orders, and modify the current ones whenever it is needed, keeping in contact with our customers. Introduce all the information in our ERP
Preparation of manufacturing plan, according to the quantities, delivery date, capacity and resources.
Optimize the resources and efficiency to reduce the whole production and delivery cost
Modify and adjust the manufacturing plan according to the restrictions (lack of resources, change in sales, production problems, etc...) and needs, and inform to all the involved areas: purchasing, logistics and production.
Communicate the manufacturing plan to the production manager and follow up to make sure that the actual production is following the plan
Coordinate with Purchasing department the plan to make sure the factory will have the required raw material on time
Coordinate with packaging area all the activities to make sure production is on time
Coordinate with logistics the deliveries according to the required delivery date

Requirements:
English: speaking and writing communication
At least 2 years experience in similar position
