Job Scope:
? Make main planning schedule for production base on the sales order, managing the inventory, achieve the overall goal and objective.
? Manage and assess supplier performance through OTD, Quality, Service and cost reduction etc.
? Select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation. Develop policies, procedures and objectives for the department in accordance with plant and corporate objectives
? Advise management on status of work in progress, material availability and potential production problems to ensure adequate personnel, equipment, materials and services.
? Maintain good employee relations; enforce good housekeeping, safety and other Company rules and regulations.
? Build strong relationships with key internal and external suppliers and customers.
? Understand supply chain management, familiar with ERP system, with basic quality concept.
Requirements:
? Education: 4 BS at least, MS in Planning and Logistics background
? Training: MS application, familiar with ERP data system
? Knowledge: Familiar with ISO9000 system
? Experiences: 5 yrs above work experience, 2 yrs related work experience at least
