Requirements:
Bachelor degree of electronic or related engineering background;
Minimum of 8 years experience and 2 years related work experience;
Good Writing and reading skills in English, good oral English is preferred.

Job Descriptions:
Search potential supplier to get along supplier list through supplier visit conduct or other multi-channel, take the lead of vendor survey & audit in conjunction with internal dept to identify the right vendor with right quality and price;
Hold the meeting(quality) with key suppliers to review the status of cost reduction, new project and related issues of quality and others;
RFI/RFQ implementation, conduct quotation analysis with cost analysis specialist to work out the cost-effective solution;
Sample collection according to engineering drawing;
Follow through the sample qualification process until the project put into mass production with acceptable quality;
Maintain the supplier network,execute cost reduction plan for existing project ,achieve and report critical measure,refer to success criteria;
Coordinate with internal resource to ensure all the new project smoothly going,get all engineering sample,deliver on time,provide accurate CBOM;
Work with engineering team to get early suppliers involvement in new product design stage,assisting engineering to implement and tract ECO,work with IQC to enforce the SCAR;
Market awareness and key raw materials pricing tendency.
