Responsibility:

?? Enhance Asia financial organization effectiveness through active Asia operational reporting personnel recruitment, development, and supervision and developing strong business advisory relationships with Asia business team and organization

?? Provide accurate, consistent, and timely analysis and reporting for Asia operations to facilitate effective business decisions

?? Work with local operations management and provide financial advice.

?? Coordinate operational accounting responsibilities to assure timely recording of manufacturing transactions, accurate standards and inventory management, and all operating reporting requirements are met.

?? Act as the liaison between the Asia business team and the Business Group and Corporate finance departments;

?? Coordinate activities and responsibilities between the Suzhou finance shared service center

?? Actively participate in yearly annual business budget plan and strategic plan processes

?? Coordinate workload and deadlines with headquarter and business group divisional finance teams.

?? Provide monthly/quarterly forecasting information as input to the biweekly process

?? Provide leadership in Oracle training and Oracle system set up and implementation Conduct organization and headcount analysis and establish an effective organizational struture to best support current and future business needs.

?? Maintain &improve candidate selection systems that provide talents for immediate and future needs..

?? Maintain sound internal controls in accordance with Corporate accounting and operational policies to accomplish sufficient risk mitigation and achieve operational and financial objectives.

?? Support internal audit initiatives and process enhancement efforts

Requirements:

?? BS in Accounting. Master's degree (MBA or MSA) is Preferred

?? Certification - CPA, CMA, CIA, etc will be score added.

?? 2 years public accounting audit experience and 6 years financial reporting and accounting experience in a large ($100 million plus) multi-plant manufacturing company including 2 years with senior management financial responsibilities

?? International business experience

?? Aptitude for project management and process improvement.

?? Proven track record in leading successful teams or organizations

?? Strong knowledge of business processes, internal controls, and GAAP (with regards to operations and cost accounting)

?? Strong systems skills - ability to develop & implement technology vision to propel commercial success for an organization

?? Strong leadership skills - ability to lead and serve as effective team member in a large organization including coaching and developing subordinates
