Requirements:
? Business /Finance / Accounting backgroud, Bachelor Degree and above
? At least 5 years experience in area of business analysis.
? Managerial experience is required
? Demonstrated experience building advanced financial models utilizing macros, pivot tables, and data analysis functions.
? Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
? Proactive, systematic and result-orientated
? Willing to work independently and under pressure
? Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Job Descriptions:
? Investment Controlling
2 To assist in investments control and to formulate the investments plan for the region.
2 To work and review with the site controlling on investments application package including dynamic appraisal preparation to ensure the application meet the Group's requirements.
2 To manage and upload the investments into the investment workflow for approval processing
2 To provide timely investments report and information for management decision-making.
2 To maintain proper investments records for future reference.
? Financial
2 To support in the preparation and updating monthly financial reports i.e. executive summary, flash report, net debt report and other relevant reports.
2 To support in the preparation on analytical report that may be required by the VP FRS Asia BoM and give inputs to support decision making.
2 To support VP FRS Asia to ensure consistent reporting quality i.e. checking month closing with check tool.
? Organization
2 To assist in maintenance and improvement of controlling organization and structure.
? Others
2 Responsible to instil directives adopted by the Company and the Company Group and actively promote inter-departmental relationship within the Company and between companies within the Group of Companies.
2 This position may be required to perform his/her duties overseas and to travel on the locations where his/her expertise is required and/or upon request by the Company.
2 Responsible for instilling and ensuring that safety and health policy is practiced
