PRO Membership ProgramME DEVELOPMENT

· Support Artist Relations by servicing "Top Tier" artists and "friends of MAC" at the local level through in-store appointments, providing product knowledge and education on new products and Artist Relations services

· Help grow the MAC PRO Membership Program by recruiting high caliber base of both the industry and MPMP

· Identify and recommend methods for establishing new contacts to educate potential Professional Consumers on the MAC PRO Membership Programme, its services and benefits.

· Seek out local agencies, studios and industry relevant contacts to expand the MAC PRO Membership Programme and MAC PRO Preferred enrollment.

· Create a list of must have M.A.C iconic products to introduce to each Artist

· Introduce all Artists to new key products as directed

STUDENT ProgramMEs

· Act as global, primary MAC PRO Student Program (MPSP) contact for new, existing and potential school contacts

· Recommend and execute local in-store events to support the Student Program for example Trend Presentations delivered by Sr. Artists to select approved Student Programmer, in-store educational student events, student field trip visits to MAC FSS store

· Evaluate submissions for Eligibility status. Provide direction on policy and procedure, customer queries and product support for Eligible schools both internally and externally

· Create and maintain database of eligible schools and student information

· Create and maintain accurate reporting for revenue and event activities then communicate internally

· Liaise with key school administrators, providing information on the MPSP and MPMP

· Provide school product support based on approved criteria and budget allowance, as required

· Contribute to program awareness, effectiveness and promotion via student / school / Field / AR feedback

· Liaise with FSA processing center regarding card processing

· Assist AR team in executing MPSP revenue building opportunities

No Charge Merchandise Order Management

· Responsible for processing incoming requests, recommending colour selections, order formatting, maintaining log, and forwarding to appropriate Customer Service contacts for SGA Processing

· Responsible for maintaining log of all SGA orders and forwarding to ED for review

· Maintain tracking for Cirque du Soleil orders and shipping. Create and issue monthly reports for internal MAC and Cirque. Liaise with Cirque as necessary

· Monitor highest priority product requests and follow up when necessary

· Act as department liaison for all product related communication with Customer Service Department

· Request and coordinate Corporate Gift Boxes, gift bag requests through Customer Service where requested Package and sending out general product sends for product support and Top Tier Artists as required

· Responsible for maintaining tidiness and replenishing product for Artist Relations inventory as required

Artist Relations Event Execution

· Execute in-store Artist Relations events catering to Professional Customer (Master Classes, PRO seminars, PRO TO PRO), as required including model booking, catering, AV needs and setup as per guidelines

· Responsible for the successful execution and booking of professional events to the Professional Customer in the market

· Act as point person for visiting presenters
