PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVES:
Provides administrative and secretarial support and service to M.A.C Brand Manager and the team.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist M.A.C Brand Manager in the day-to-day business operations which includes :
l Administration & secretarial support
l Preparation of reports, documents, and presentations
l Timely delivers to sales force new product information and other related policies and procedures
- Handles projects, assignments or analytical reports given by the M.A.C Brand Manager
- Coordinate brand's functional managers and help Brand Manager to follow up the execution.
- Liaison with M.A.C Global and Regional offices, Retail partners and Sales managers in China.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. University graduate with a minimum of three years of related work experience at a multinational company.
2. Good spoken and written English & Mandarin
3. Good computer skills, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
4. Careful and Pro-active attitude; Good analytical skill and logic thinking; Ability to work under pressure
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills; A team player with strong willingness to learn
6.
7. Presentable and possess a strong sense of style
8. A passion for M.A.C Brand and overall makeup industry
