Responsible:
Responsible for CMC iLabel production etching process technical and engineering support which includes process development and improvement, operator training and development, etching work shop equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Under the supervision of technical manager, develop and define the etching process parameters, including parameter settings,
Inspect acid and other solution contents which are used in etching process
The direction and coordination of activities to produce breakthroughs in cost reduction, quality improvements and productivity increases
Support production process of etching, will support lamination and printing in the future
Establish SOP and training process for operators
Advise and assist management on the formulation and subsequent implementation of improvement plans
Troubleshoot in the areas of etching (process flow and reliability problems) using lean support based on Six Sigma methodology
Take training course and improve his knowledge on local government codes
Assist production and manage EHS facilities
Assist facility engineer to perform regular routine maintenance on all equipment in etching workshop
Requirements:
2+ years working experience in etching production, such as flexible circuit etching etc.
Hands on experience with machines or automation
Excellent skill set wit MS office, and AutoCad
4 years college graduate
Good in English written skills. But oral skill is a plus
Fast learner, eager to learn, and love hands on experience
Ability to build relationships and work across a multi-product line organization
