职位描述

Gather product knowledge	Will be considered a Subject Matter Expert in at least one area and a domain generalist in multiple areas, including a significant understanding of systems knowledge in the assigned areas. Sought out by those both internal and external to the department.
Software Architecture and Requirements Development	Capable to serve as a software architect to capture, analyze, decompose and translate requirements for software embedded systems of moderate to high complexity. Collaborate with systems engineers to develop functional, interface and performance specifications for software implementation. Identify and document architecturally significant requirements and technical risk areas. Assure that development products are designed to meet the applicable customer and project requirements.
Software Development	Design, code, test, integrate and document software of moderate to high complexity, Prepare software builds for execution on targeted hardware. Apply and tailor internal processes, using knowledge of methods and tools for software development and documentation efforts. Assure that development products are designed to meet the applicable customer and project requirements.
Software Testing	Participate in cross-functional team efforts in definition, integration, verification and validation for products and sub-systems of moderate to high complexity. Review software defects trends, identify systemic root causes and process improvements and recommend new approaches, tools, techniques that drive continuous improvements in software development processes.
Software Integration	Perform debugging and integration of software components above and below currently developed software. Review software defects trends, identify systemic root causes and process improvements and recommend new approaches, tools, techniques that drive continuous improvements in software development processes.
Teamwork	May serve as a lead in software development or verification efforts for low to moderate complexity software. Capable of proactively identifying and communicating technical software issues and help resolve these issues. Ensure these issues are elevated to project leadership for resolution.

1）Bachelor's Degree in applicable engineering or science field, and five years of related experience.

2）Reading Comprehension - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in in English for work-related documents.

4）Writing - Produces reports and proposals in English that are clearly and concisely written.
