Tasks
Realize the set sales targets (turnover/margins) including:
Market investigation to prepare a 2-3 year marketing & sales plan
Acquire new customers in China via cold calling and regular visits
Look out for good sales agents in dedicated regions
Report weekly back to HQ in the Netherlands
Promote Terlet via website, social media and attending exhibitions
Generate clear specified leads for HQ.
Translate offers from HQ before sending to customer
Close deals with customers
Support custom and other local regulations oriented issues
Knowledge
Technical Academic background added with strong commercial skills
Proven experience in sales of high end capital equipment in the market for food processing
Process and application knowledge in food
Excellent in English and Chinese (speaking and writing)
Good experience with Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
Personal profile
Male or Female between 27 and 35 years old
Commercial driven, trustworthy, eager to score
Highly flexible and willing to travel +50% of his/her time
Position and location
As Area Sales Manager China you will be reporting directly to the Commercial Director of Terlet NV, The
Netherlands. You will be based in our newly founded branch office in Wuxi
