Requirements:
？Bachelor degree in processing/Mechnical& Electrical engineering
？Around 10 years of quality area working experience;
？Have internal auditor certificate of ISO9001;
？Have Machining background and assembly process background will be a plus;
？Experience in Operations and Project Management department are a plus
？Possess and apply a broad knowledge of quality systems and approaches.
？Managing quality assurance and control methodology.
？Knowledge to Six Sigma, LEAN, Zero Defects, Kaizen m.v. and Successful process improvements by enhancing process capability and maturity
？Extensive knowledge and leadership capability related to quality matters in the processes

Responsibility:
？Responsible to implement the quality strategy and framework to embed quality as a way of working. Lead initiatives to improve processes and enhance overall service delivery.
？Responsible for establishing QMS as company QM requirements and compliance
？Responsible for providing quality mentoring to process owners and business improvement managers.
？Ensure processes quality assurance.
？Manage QMS by providing leadership and guidance throughout the facility in the continuing reduction of quality issues processes to enhance service delivery quality to customers.
？Work closely with business leaders and employees to identify improvement opportunities and prioritize improvement efforts.
？Determine training needs, develop materials and provide training to employees. Provide tools and methodologies to continuously improve service delivery processes.
？Develop / produce reports, KPIs & quality controls parameters for enabling process efficiency and effectiveness
？Lead process mapping and reviews to improve process alignment and ensure effective handoffs
？Facilitate improvement workshops and lead initiatives to improve process performance and service delivery
？Review process design to minimize the risk of service failures. Perform process audits to identify improvement opportunities and ensure process compliance
？Conduct internal audit for JMTC according to ISO9001/14001
