Responsibilities:

1) To design and implement IT Infrastructure solution used at site

2) Meet business requirement while ensuring IT Infrastructure are cost effective.

3) Set up and maintain all servers, monitor their performance to proactively prevent server incidents or deliver fast recovery.

4) Manage user accounts in e-mail system, database system and application system.

5) Manage data backup and recovery.

6) Handle key user's requirement for maintenance of client-side equipment or operation system.

7) Contact related supplier to solve problem in case malfunction occurs on servers or network equipment.

8) Contact with supplier based on project.

Qualifications:

1) 5+ years of MNC/IT exposure in multiple infrastructure aspects (Network, Workplace mgmt, Back office, helpdesk & troubleshooting, etc).

2) Strong knowledge in Microsoft-based server and network management.

3) Good Customer service mindset

4) Team player with good communication skills, highly motivated, customer-oriented, strong analytical skills in problem solving, responsible, independent and can work under pressure.

Skill:

1) Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.

2) Be familiar with U8 ERP system
