Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical - Electrical Engineering
More than 10 years experience as maintenance management role in heavy industry
Experience in Foreign invested company with team member more than 15 people;
Prefer strong mechanical skill and experience.
Good team work spirit, High responsibility with strong leadership
Fluent English written and speaking skill;

Job Descriptions:
Responsible for Dept. safety management, make sure Zero accident in daily operations.
As a member of HSE SC member, Be responsible for generalizing IMS policy in department and carry out.
Other common responsibilities and other responsibilities listed in HSE Management responsibility procedure instruction.
Keep improve preventive maintenance to maximize the machine utilization.
Pro-actively establish, manage, and improve maintenance activities to maximize reliability and performance of plant assets and support production improvement project with machine upgrade and/or improvement tasks
Develop, document, and maintain up to date maintenance procedures and schedules.
Pro-actively work with Group maintenance resources to customize maintenance plans and process improvements to reduce down time, production and maintenance costs.
Coordinator/responsible of facility maintenance.
Support by HR to manage the long term personnel development with successor plan to ensure future grows of the group.
Other tasks assigned by operation management.
