职位描述

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting with over 10 year Finance experience
Professional Members will be a advantage
Prior experience with managing and Finance Department, experience within a foreigner corporate environment. 5 yrs Managerial experience is preferred.
General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Financing and Management Skills
Strong Management control experience
Strong business acumen, integrity, good leadership quality, good communication skill and incisive analytical ability
Mature and possess good interpersonal skill
Fluent in English is essential or any other language would be an added advantage

Job Descriptions:
Board of Management
A member of the Company Board of Management acting as the Financial Controller for the Company, responsible for financial affairs and participating in decision making, provide financial related advice and ensure the Company activities are in compliance to directives, regulations and the Code of Conduct.
Accounting
Responsible for the supervision and management of the day to day accounting activities are in compliance with directives, guidelines and accounting practices and regulations.
Responsible for the maintenance of the proper ERP system for the generation of timely and accurate financial reports required by the Group and Regional Management Team.
Responsible for the review and improve the accounting practices, procedures and policies to ensure it is updated, effective and efficient to support the Company's rapid growth and expansion.
Responsible to ensure the Company's Internal Control System are in place and in compliance to ensure the quality and integrity of the accounting data and information and to develop necessary processes required to improve the effectiveness to comply with Group directives, policies and procedures.
Responsible and oversee the statutory affairs of the company including :
Planning and managing the statutory corporate financial audit
Planning and managing the tax compliance reporting and payments
Maintaining the required fiscal records and financial statements .
Timely and accurate registration of statutory documents with the relevant government Departments including treasury, tax bureau and other government offices.
Responsible for leading and evaluate the performance of the accounting function and to perform necessary action for to continuously improvements.
Controlling
Responsible for regular accurate, timely and comprehensive management and financial reports to the Management to provide clear insight into the financial condition that identify financial variances and issues and providing strategic and operational recommendations enabling high quality and agile decision making required to improve financial performance.
Responsible to development, analyze and interpretation of statistical and financial information in order to appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against Plan/Targets plan and others matters bearing on the fiscal soundness and operating effectiveness of the Company.
Responsible to develop and implement by guiding the various functions within the Company towards and achieving the financial plan including sales, profits, capital spending, cash flow and balance sheets of the company that takes into consideration the business plans, operational requirements, organizational structure that support our Strategic Plan and financial targets.
Responsible for the accurately measurement of product cost and cost structure and work with operations team to ensure cost are in line with the analysis including to provide profitability analysis the product cost and margin.
Responsible to prepare, initiate and implement investments plan for the Company's development and expansion including managing and controlling the approved Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) to ensure effective utilization of funds and optimization of working capital structure.
Risk Management
Responsible for the overall risk management system of the Company are in place to identify and manage business risks within the established directives and guidelines including maintain appropriate insurance coverage for the protection against losses and potential liabilities.
Working Capital Management
Responsible to maintain and manage the appropriate working capital structure to ensure the effective utilization of funds and sufficient liquidity to support the business plan
Responsible for the effective management of the Company's capital structure to maximize return on Capital Employed while ensuring financial security.
