Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a multinational company, preferably in the field of HR and/or Technical function of Pharma. Industry.
Minimum of two years training coordination/administration experience.
Bachelor Degree above.
Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT etc)
Experience with audio/visual technology (projectors, video conferencing) a plus
Excellent communication and language skills
Detail-oriented, creative, and energetic
Sense of urgency and bias towards action.


Responsibilities:
Maintain and implement annual training plan at site level
Manage the scheduling, attendance and logistics (Instructors & Locations) of all training courses of Suzhou R&D site.
Act as administrator of Suzhou R&D training file.
Lead 6-Sigma, Lean, EMS, new comer orientation training.
Coordinate/support CQP training with R&D QA.
Coordinate with the Regional TM team to establish organization develop program.
Coordinate rotation and knowledge sharing session.
Collaborate with leaders across China R&D on e-learning program progress to support business needs and initiatives
Cooperate with global R&D to assist where needed to provide global consistency in training programs and resources.
Collaboration with Univ for internship site management
