Requirements:
B.S. in engineering, M.S. in mechanical engineering is preferred
Over 7 years experience with progressive leadership responsibilities in MNC
Solid experience and knowledge in manufacturing, including production, production schedule, safety, engineering, equipment maintenance, inventory control, purchasing etc.
Kaizen or continuous improvement and First line production supervisor experience are preferred.
Professional level experience in engineering or operations
Knowledge of ISO 9000
Six Sigma & Lean manufacturing familiarity
English proficiency in both written and oral

Position’s purpose:
Be Responsible for leading the whole product line towards continuous growth and create a culture of continuous improvement.
Be responsible for the management of the following departments: Engineering, planning, production, and Maintenance, SCM.
Will work closely with Customer Service, HR and other support departments.
Will create and manages new product launches and work to integrate new customers worldwide.
Will interact directly with distribution centers located in USA, Europe and Korea

Job Descriptions:
Direct and manage operations to meet the following metrics: On time delivery, damage/yield, new product launch, productivity, safety, customer satisfaction, cost budget and inventory control.
Develop people: Customer focused ongoing means of involving and developing all employees; continuously improve employee relations.
advocate and involvement in 6-Sigma, 5S & Continuous improvement: Prioritize and improve processes, improve product quality and improve customer relations.
Provide leadership: Vision, communications, motivating others, expect, inspect and enforce.
Participate as a key member of the division’s: Management Team and support to create business and marketing plans with assistance from support groups.
