Bachelor's degree, 5+ years working experience in area, prior experience in PMC and Rolls is a plus.
Good analytical ability.

Excellent interpersonal skills to nurture team spirit and cooperation.

Job Descriptions:
Drive the product line in accordance with the regional targets.
Provide accurate product proposals to sales in line with customer solutions and their targets.
Proposals to be completed in the form of full Application Reports as per the SOP to assist sales achieve value added.
Proposals to be focused on customer solutions, using Integrated Service Solutions where possible.
Hands on support for the sales teams in the back office and in the field.
Launch new products in accordance with the Global Product Manager.
Phase out the warp sets / formulations which are no longer required in the region in line with the KPI targets and the Global Product Manager.
Ensure reporting of projects is timely and in accordance with standards.
Investigate complaints and claims using “root cause analysis” to identify a solution for the customer and FRS.
Responsible for ensuring the health & safety policy is practiced and continuously find ways of ensuring zero accidents in the work place.
