Responsibilities:
Establish sourcing strategy, localization target, and supplier selection matrix for NPT (New Product Transfer) projects.
协助采购经理建立供应商开发策略,制定国产化目标同时负责组织新产品转移做好供应商开发/评估和选择。
Sets performance plans and reviews with direct associates.
为所有直接下属制订工作目标,并对其工作表现进行绩效回顾、评估。
Negotiate, sign, and keep records of Non-disclosure Agreements, Tooling Agreements, and etc with suppliers.
签订并管理好保密协议、模具采购协议等。
Manage present suppliers: Update information of price, lead time, credit cycle and contact information, collect and arrange feed back from logistics and production dept. (Quality, Delivery). Help the supplier to conduct continues improvement.
管理好现有供应商资讯,如更新价格信息、周期、信用周期以及联系信息。收集生产部、质量部以及物流部对供应商表现的信息,反馈给供就商,以协助供应商做持续改进工作。
Coordinate RFQ (Request For Quote), Sample and Pilot POs releasing and following up to pursue program milestone
协调做好,询价,交样,通知采购发放样品订单同时更踪项目进展。
Ensures that direct reports set performance plans and reviews with subordinates.
确保其所有直接下属也能为其下属制订工作目标,并对其工作表现进行绩效回顾、评估。
Works closely with the HR Department on the plan and the needs for the Department.
与人力资源部协作制订本部门的发展目标及实现所需的支持。
Generates a high level of teamwork between all Departments
增进与其他各部门之间的合作。
Regular meeting with Global Commodity Manager to align and create strategy on supplier and commodity manager.

Giving good communication methods to team members and business partners.

Follow up with project leader on detail request about project progress, determine localization schedule base on project plan.
