Main Responsibilities:
-Organize and manage the members of maintenance group in working efficiently, effectively and safely.
-Stipulate variety of repair programs and schedules for production facilities in both daily maintenance and production shutdown, instructing and supervising the maintenance team to carry out the maintenance program and schedule to ensure the facilities the best condition in work efficiency and capacity.
-Control non-production shutdown time, increase production equipment reliability via the implementation of preventive maintenance program.
-Be promptly response to organize and arrange in troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical facilities, especially in required of case outside the normal working hours; supervise the maintenance work, analyze the causes of failure and define countermeasures.
-Monitor stock of spare parts and initial request for replenishment to ensure no interruption of operation of the machinery repairing due to stock problems.
-Take responsibility of concerning with plant/production safety, environment and hygiene protection，and the practice of lean manufacturing for maintenance team;
-Manage the maintenance budget with cost-effectiveness
-Work continuously on the innovative improvements of manufacturing equipment, production processes.

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree, majoring in mechanical or electronic engineering;
-3~5 years of production equipment maintenance experiences in plant;
-Strong leadership and communication skills;
-Good command of English in both speaking and writing.
