Requirements:
? Bachelor degree in HR management or English.
? Above 3 years experience in HR, especially in recruitment and training.
? Fluent both in oral & written English.
? Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship and stakeholder management. with all levels of employees including management staff.
? Good communication, presentation, interpersonal skills.
? Good learning capability.
? Highly motivated, and have a strong responsibility, and work positively.
? Must be very detailed oriented.
? Good problem-solving skills.
? A team player.
? Creative in arranging & designing L&D activities and updating of latest hiring tools
and Creative in organizing employee activities.
? Cooperate with function manager to influence them on relevant hiring decision
? Engage employee to be highly involve in L&D activities

Job Descriptions:
? Assistant to improve organizational capacity through related learning & development programs, including build a robust talent pipeline, lead group learning, organize yearly internal & external training plan and any other innovative approaches.
? Support HR manager to prepare the annual training plan, establish training channels and implement detailed plans
? Establish and maintenance multi skills training system for workshop
? Managing training appraisal system and continuous improve the training effectiveness
? Build & implement effective orientation program
? Select right recruiting channel and be the selection initiator with good coordination with internal line manager to fill the job vacancies within the plant as soon as possible.
? Support HR manager to prepare annual recruitment planning and resolve into monthly recruitment task; understand business plan and recruitment requirements clearly.
? Control the recruitment cost according the budget and distribute it appropriately.
? Organize team to renew job description including job responsibility on a time basis
? Newsletter coordinator in site and window in China region.
? Prepare related monthly HR reporting.
? Help HR Manager to perfect company policy and procedure.
? Organize the all kinds of employee activity like outing, meetings, engagement survey ensure satisfy our employee.
? Be an assistant of HR Manager.
