Requirements:
？ Bachelor or above degree.
？ 5-8 years engineering/manufacturing experience in a MNC manufacturing environment.
？ Excellent team management and interpersonal skills.
？ Hands on experience with cross-functional teams.
？ Be familiarized with Leans Tools.
？ Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
？ Matured, high integrity, good customer service sense, good teamwork.
？ Able to manage multiple priorities.
？ Innovation on the problem solving of Assembly process.
？ Demonstrated understanding of project management function in a manufacturing environment.
？ Good working knowledge of key metrics as they relate to manufacturing operations
？ Good English communication skill and communication to educate workshop operators.

Job Descriptions:
？ Oversee daily management of the people, processes and tools needed for products assembly.
？ Provide strong support to Lean, SCM and quality teams and by taking ownership of specific product lines with the intent of improving quality and cost performance and chronic manufac¬turing issues, including long term corrective action.
？ Support quality systems and customer satisfaction initia¬tives (ISO 9000) by participating in or managing project teams, train¬ing groups in quality tools and techniques, and support¬ing daily shop-floor imple¬menta¬tion of these tools, to facilitate the achievement of world-class quality standards.
？ Map up the daily production plan and fix the issues to achieve on time delivery target.
？ Follow and continually monitor established safety and environmental proce¬dures to assure a clean, safe work environment is promoted and maintained.
？ Lead the continuous improvement on the efficiency of people, equipment usage rate and manpower cost reduction.
？ Address the production issue timely and reflect to the design, process and material.
？ Help develop and maintain departmental measures, and work to improve those measures.
？ Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that interfaces well with -workers and management members.
？ Perform other functions as necessary.
