JD:

1）Process Assurance Activities：
A support engineer will need to review a team’s performance against process regulations and identify compliance with written processes. The support engineer will review the progress of a small group of aerospace engineers and generate process assurance records in accordance with RTCA/DO-178B. A successful candidate will be familiar with software development processes including requirements management, design documentation, traceability and validation activities.

2）Tool Administration：
A support engineer may need to facilitate engineering activities within a multitude of tools, including IBM Rational DOORS and Subversion. A successful candidate should have experience with a variety of software development tools.

3）Archivist：
A support engineer may need to act as the engineering archivist. This engineer will design and develop an engineering archive system corresponding with the requirements of RTCA/DO-178B.

Requirements:

1）Bachelors Degree in applicable engineering or science field, and eight years of related experience.

2) Reading Comprehension - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in in English for work-related documents.

3) Speaking - Consistently delivers concise and articulate speeches in English.

4) Writing - Produces reports and proposals in English that are clearly and concisely written.

5) Analysis - Demonstrates the ability to provide a logical, in-depth analysis of a problem or situation.

6) Cooperation - Takes personal initiative to proactively serve as team motivator creating strong morale and synergy.

7) Delegating and Directing - Incorporates new ideas and suggestions when a project needs to move in a different direction.

8) Dependability - Ensures that all details of a project are accurate before delegating to others.

9) Detail Orientation - Rarely makes errors but accepts responsibility for those that are made and develops a plan to prevent similar errors from recurring.

10) Judgment - Bases decisions on factual information and considers alternative courses of action before reaching decisions.

11) Listening - Consistently practices attentive and active listening and can accurately restate the opinions of others.

12) Time Management - Works from a daily to-do list but will re-organize if priorities suddenly shift.
