Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Lead China Recruitment Team to successfully accomplish the recruitment, manage and develop the team
- Lead directly the recruitment of high levels or highly confidentiality positions
- According to needs, responsible for recruitment related project
- Develop and manage relevant resource channels to ensure the effective utilization of resources
- Develop relevant school and social networks to facilitate the recruitment and enhance to the Company’s image
Management
- Responsible to enhance recruitment capacities of operational and managerial employees through training, coaching and best practice sharing
- Monitor the reporting process and ensure the accurate of the data
Policy and procedure
- Set up recruitment plan according to the actual and potential recruitment needs
- Define, design and improve the recruitment policies, procedures, systems and tools and ensure the implementation throughout the organization in order to constantly improve the recruitment efficiency
Qualifications/Requirements
Education Background
- Bachelor degree or above
- Overseas experience is a plus
Working Experience
- 5 years and above experience in HR field
- 3 years and above senior managerial personnel recruiting experience
- Team management experience is a plus
Professional skills
- Good knowledge of HR foundation
- Excellent interview and assessment skills
General skills
- Good communication skills
- Capacity to influence, good leadership
- Excellent analytical and evaluation skills
- Strong sense of confidentiality, acumen and able to handle confidential cases
- Ability of Resilience
