Job functions:
Reasonable complete tasks according to the operation procedure assigned by PM Supervisor, and do daily maintenance and inspection in order to keep equipment running reliability.

Dimensions:
1.Steam, water supply, compressed air, liquid nitrogen, effluent examination, and air condition;
2.Refrigeration, processing ice water, processing air condition, office area air condition and refrigerator;
3.Effluent treatment, recycling water and fire hydrant.

Responsibilities:
1.Review and update the PMP of utility equipment
2.Support PM supervisor to organize the PMP work
3.Solve urgent problem on site, to assure essential energy supplying (water, steam, compressed air, nitrogen, air condition, refrigeration).
4.Analyze and judge equipment potential and existing trouble and fix it, then coaching operator.
5.Collect and update technical files, and collect up-to-date industry information
6.Edit training material, periodically give professional academic training to staffs
7.Reasonably use and manage spare parts
8.Analyze facility maintenance/rebuilding, judge the necessary and technical reasonable for external service
9.Support manager to analyze and validate the energy consumption, and provide energy saving solution based on new technology
10.Engineering project management
11.Communicate and cooperate with relevant department and external
12.Control the key points according to HACCP, ISO9000 and ISO14001.

Requirements:
1.Education: College or above;
2.Experience: 5 years experience on utility system management;
3.Special Knowledge & skill:
Utility systems including chiller, HVAC & effluent, etc;
Preventive maintenance;
Restore equipment and solve problem;
Organization management;
Basic English (reading of specific manual);
Computer skill, AutoCAD;
Writing professional thesis independently;
HACCP, ISO and GMP controlled.
