Education / Experience
1. Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 10 Years of relevant working experience in food / petrochemical / pharmaceutical / wafer / semiconductor plant or facility.
2. Over 5 years management in engineering operation/Maintenance and project management
Special Knowledge
1. Project handling experience with mechanical and electrical design knowledge in compliant with statutory requirements and code of practices.
2. cGMP, ISO9000/14000/18000, HACCP experience are preferable
3. Familiar with the use of Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Project
Skill
1. Good written and oral English
2. Can work under the pressure
3. Good communication and coordination skill
4. Strong leadship

Lead and coordinate project scope, design, procurement, construction and commissioning process. Ensure such activities are performed under proper cGMP standard and EHS requirement.
Support utilities and process maintenance.
Monitor and report indicators of department and personnel performance.
Facilitate the use of appropriate administrative procedures such as change control, validation and calibration requirements.
Provide adequate training to engineering staff in project management.
Participate in establishing annual budget for the Nutritional Plant.
Manage the efficient use of labor and material resources.
Select and appraise vendors and contractors jointly with Purchasing Dept. to support the requirement of the factory.
Be knowledgeable with applicable of project management procedures and guidelines. To ensure continuous compliance to GMP in designated areas of responsibilities.
Maintain sound EHS working conditions, practices in assigned areas and assuring the safety of all personnel under his supervision.
Any other job/project as assigned by superior.
