Position Title: HRM

Report to: HRM for Global

Job Responsibilities:

1. Align HR agenda with business priorities to ensure effective and efficient delivery on people development and organization capability enhancement.

2. Support BU HRM on Asia growth agenda

3. Work together with business line managers to support performance-driven culture, leadership behaviour and employee engagement.

4. Implement talent management activities, including building up and enhance talent pipeline and leadership development programs.

5. Consult with and advise line managers in resourcing plan, reward policy/programs and other HR activities/initiatives to enable business objective

6. Implement quality D&I plan to build a diversified and inclusive working environment.

7. Support BU HRM on upgrading overall HR team capabilities

8. Support BU HRM on key HR initiatives and programs.

9. Work with centralized HR team on overall HR delivery.

Requirements:

1. University degree in related disciplines. MBA is advantage.

2. Strong business sense and solution mindset

3. Over 5 years solid track record in HR generalist role in MNC companies

4. Strong HR functional excellence

5. Effective communicator

6. Mature, can work under pressure

7. Quick leaner and good adaptability to dynamic business environment

8. Proficiency in both written and spoken English
