Has overall leadership responsibility for Lighting fixture solution in Asia
Develop fixture solution & related product strategy including localization plan
Provide Product Management Leadership to drive profitable growth in Commercial Area, Roadway and Industrial segments
Penetrate key segments, achieve the growth through supporting Regional, Vertical, Project and other sales functions technically
Build close working relationship with strategic global clients and business alliances and work with global cross functional team to execute
Lead product management team in performing market analysis, competitive assessments, and customer/market segmentation to identify key areas of focus for growth.
Develop and lead pricing strategy and implementation, productivity programs, and go to market strategies to effectively manage overall product line profitability.
Provide leadership during annual planning such as MGPD, growth playbook task, S2 and execute on pole NPI execution

Qualifications Required:
Bachelor or above Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Lighting technical experience, especially in LED or fixture, will be preferred
10+ years of commercial work experience; focus on Asia is preferred
Proven experience in the Products Management, Key Accounts Channel Building with Sales Growth, Products localization and New Products communication
Excellent Commercial and leadership ability, In-depth knowledge of large project sales in Asia market
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Good business acumen, the ability to drive change and a strong team player
Self-starter, passionate and strong will to drive for the challenging growth
