薪酬绩效主管
汇报对象：高级人力资源与行政经理
下属：1-2人
业务范围：覆盖所有分公司，北京/上海/广州/深圳


职责：

1、负责公司payroll的审核；
2、负责公司福利体系的设计、方案订立和建议提供；
3、负责年度外部同行业薪酬调研、年度调薪方案订立；
4、规范和统一整个中国区的福利体系和员工福利活动；
5、负责员工评估体系和层级体系的搭建、执行和优化，重点是讲师和销售团队；
6、其他领导交办的事情

要求：
1、全日制本科以上学历，5年以上大型公司的人力资源从业经验；
2、3年的薪酬福利经验，具备系统的工资体系调整经验、外部调研经验、福利优化改善经验（对商业保险条款具备经验）；
3、具备系统的评估体系经验佳；
4、良好的沟通协调能力和优秀的职业操守；
5、2年左右基层管理经验
