Role Summary/Purpose
Scope of responsibility of installation Manager will extend from project installation & commissioning
management to warranty management, and engagement of both internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
? Manage site activities and site FSE planning to ensure a safe, defect free and on-time installation;
? Coordinate with HQ and local Engineering, Sourcing, OTR Customer service team and site FSE
team to provide timely resolutions for Service Requests and Warranty customer claims;
? Control installation Costs;
? Support PM to negotiate change orders and execute change orders;
? Work with the Project Team and contract manager to ensure that all Vendor recovery
opportunities are pursued;
? Drive Technical Briefing process, and manage site documentation (As Built);
? Support PM to develop an effective working relationship with customer, issue site weekly reports during installation and drive communication rhythm with external stake holders on site such as EPC company, construction contractor, End user etc.;
? Attend the Pre-Installation Meeting, RFR review meeting, and TM to CSA hand off meeting;
? Support installation quality manager to drive technical communication of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with engineering team for repetitive Service Requests and identify actions for issue resolution;
Qualifications/Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related area;
? At least two years Field Service Engineering experiences;
? Familiar with Company Turbine and Compressor products;
? Strong Chinese and English communication skills;
? This position requires frequent site Visits

? Knowledge of project management;
? Six Sigma Green Belt certification;
