Pipeline and Nature Gas Project Manager Leader

Essential Responsibilities
- Operating as a P&L Manager for TM project execution in Pipeline and Nature Gas section, this Regional Project Management team Leader will be responsible to build customer intimacy and driving speed and quality through project execution operation.
- Drive financial growth & productivity while always adhering to the highest compliance standards.
- Provide overall leadership to the Pipeline and Nature Gas OTR Team in China & Central Asia ensuring a common vision and unified operating rhythm.
- Partner with the HQ Global Supply Chain & Engineering Functions to ensure volume of high standards quality and technical robustness.
- Lead attentiveness to business needs to ensure on time delivery, increased productivity and control costs for the Region.
- Partner with Sales and the Fulfillment teams to grow the Region in sales, operating margin while getting price and productivity. Drive greater penetration to grow beyond entitlement in this market segment.
- Partner with HR to staff and recruit a 1st class workforce in the Region.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Ideally 10+ years of industrial business experience with leadership experience.
- Has Customer Centric behavior, is able to deal with complex Customers and meet specific requirements when needed.
- Strives for achieving the Project goals and Customer satisfaction.
- Technical background in high technology environments.
- Proven track record of operational experience.
- Self-motivated and good inclusiveness.
- Fluent English, as a definite advantage.
- Willing to travel domestic and abroad frequently.

- Prior process and operational experience as Project Management Leadership experience.
- Prior experience leading large project management teams and extended scope projects.
