这个职位需要招聘两个人员，一个是PHP Leader/Manager角色，另外一个是PHP程序员的角色。

岗位责任：
1. 负责网站服务器PHP环境搭建与维护，负责PHP程序模块的设计，开发，测试。
2. 熟悉php apache MySQL开发环境配置，懂Smarty模板。了解面向对象编程和一些php开发框架的使用。
3. 能独立完成网站功能布局设计和数据库设计
任职要求：
1. 本科及本科以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2. 3年及以上的Web行业开发经验；
3. 能够熟练使用PHP、Mysql开发程序，并对数据库设计及优化有一定的了解，对算法、设计模式有一定的了解
4. 对html、css、javascript有一定的了解，可以熟练运用以上技术编写代码
5. 熟悉Linux操作系统，并可以在linux系统下进行开发、维护
6. 良好的书面及口头表达能力
7. 踏实、勤奋、思维活跃，具备高度责任心
8. 有移动互联网产品开发经验，SNS相关产品开发经验的优先考虑
9. 有大数据量、高访问量的系统设计开发经验的优先考虑
10. 了解常用开源项目者优先，如jquery，smarty等
