Working with:
Business Leaders & all employees in scope
Partner Business and global HR network


Management: transversal mgt, no direct report at this stage


Key responsibilities:
1. Global HR BP for BU
2. Local HRBP for respective people located other countries
3. Employees/Front Line Mgt engagement improvement
a) Main challenges:
4. Talent Management – improve quality and diversity of talent pool, attracting talents with retail DNA – Gender Balance
5. Competency strategy & competencies mgt – drive Retail HR transformation
6. OneVoice actions – Frontline Managers initiatives
7. Drive all initiatives from Partner and HR Corporate
8. Develop recognition and reward
9. Delivering against concrete objectives
10. Feedback from key stakeholders


CANDIDATE


Professional background: an international open minded profile, with already proven HR BP international experience ideally from retail area


Education: HR Master or Business school or social law background


Languages: English, Chinese, advantage French


Profile:
min. 5 years of HRBP experience in an international environment, strong potential for growth
knowledge of retail business industry big advantage
