流程发展专员 – 财务


工作职责：

1．领导组员完成日常的工作安排；
2．指导培训组员；
3．改善流程并不断提高团队业绩；
4．协助运营经理实施流程的控制，定期与客户进行工作交流以及团队的管理；
5．根据客户需求提供相关的财务报告。

职位要求：

1．本科或同等学历，财务/会计/金融等相关专业；
2．2-5年财务相关工作经验，具有BPO带队经验者优先考虑；
3．具有团队管理工作经验；
4．优秀的英语听说读写能力。
