Responsibility
Support the production director, a Swiss expert, for one year
Organize production, purchasing and sourcing through ERP
Prepare corrective action plans and follows up on implementation so as to ensure that production schedules are met
Review and control expenses, particularly spares within budget constraints
Give suggestion on improving products design to identify different products, to enhance quality
In order to complete the main objectives, suggest investment on manufacturing equipment. Involved in sourcing, installation and maintenance of these equipment
Organize the product transferring projects
Support the design of new fixtures and the optimization devices
5S and safety management
Optimize the production efficiency, product quality control and reduce production cost.
Analyze and improve process of production, plant layout, manufacturing systems, assembly and quality control, and implement these improvements
Improve the production process to increase working efficiency.
Work closely with other Dept. to provide direct support in company
work across shifts to ensure team are focused on achieving objectives

Requirement:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical, especially in machining. Metrology a strong plus.
Experience in ERP and computer y
Multidisciplinary (Mechanical works, Electronics, good at “do-it”). Good understanding of technical issues
Comprehensive analysis capability
Self-motivated, Flexible, good communication. Good at conflicts solving
Team spirit
Very good stress resistance
Multitasking
Strong experience in Lean environments and Lean implementation.
