1 RESPONSIBILITY

1) Review AR report, ensure timely collection; Ensure correct revenue recognition, provide revenue analysis and forecast; Review sales commission, insurance and freight accrual and payment

2) Review and ensure credit control per group policy; Review export insurance (Sino-sure insurance) application, ensure timely approval. Claim loss against export insurance when necessary.

3) Review and ensure timely reporting data for quality insurance.

4) Ensure timely cancellation of FX payment and income per statuary regulations,

5) Review routine payments per established internal control procedure; push better payment term to improve OCF

6) Review and ensure correct booking for Fixed Assets, review payment and booking for project construction

7) Review and ensure timely and correct routine tax return, including VAT, BT, EIT, etc.; Review VAT refund return, ensure correct and timely refund

8) Study and collect updated tax regulations, utilize all the preferential tax and local policies to make tax planning

9) Assist Financial Controller maintain good relationship with tax and other authorities.

10) Review monthly report package per USGAAP, provide related analysis

11) Responsible for internal & external audit, and SOX audit

12) Maintain and improve ERP procedures

13) Other tasks required by Financial Controller.

Qualifications / Requirements:

2 QUALIFICATION

1) Bachelor 's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

2) Minimum of five years of finance work experience, including AP, AR, G/L, Fixed assets, Tax management including VAT refund, and FX cancellation.

3) Familiar with ERP operation, preferable with Yongyou or SAP

4) Excellent interpersonal skills.

5) Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change.

6) Clear thinking / problem solving: successfully led projects/process improvement within operations/finance function involving process improvement; able to quickly grasp new ideas.

7) Excellent communication skills, able to clearly communicate complex financial information in a easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing.

8) Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications

9) Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others

10) Good reading and writing English skills

11) Be open to change in response to new information,

12) Basic understanding of financial compliance: SOX, US GAAP. Local GAAP Knowledge
