职位描述
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement consumer campaigns and programs as planned with high standard of diligence and excellence, to build brand preference among consumers.
1. Plan and execute CRM campaigns to align with brand calendar.
2. Be responsible for effectively coordinating internal resources and smoothing communication with Sales/Training/Product/Special Event to ensure great execution and result
3. Give clear guidance to agencies and lead agencies for efficient execution
4. Build good relationship with respective key person in key doors, to facilitate the further communication and future campaigns.
5. Make sure the each campaign deliver the brand essence and message, including every detail such as content, materials, etc.
6. On-time feedback for each campaign and design clear report format for tracking purpose.
a) To evaluate the activity result in terms of recruitment, bounce back rate, response rate, ROI, etc.
b) To collect feedback from Sales and consumer.
7. Key competitor activity monitor and analysis
a) Collect and track competitor activities on monthly basis
b) Share the insights with managers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. graduate with 2-3 years experience in related industry.
2. Trade Marketing or filed experience with department stores are prefreed.
3. Diligent, honest, positive and hardworking.
4. Ability to handle project independently.
5. Initiatives and self starter
6. Care and further to details.
7. Passionate with high energy.
8. Good communication skills.
